Are you wondering about some things? Here are some answers that might help!

How soon can I expect my order?

Order shipping times vary greatly on what we have in stock. Most items ship pretty quick (2-5 days).  Once your order ships, it will get to you depending on the shipping speed you select at checkout. Our normal shipping speed is 5-7 days, or you can speed it up with Priority mail to just 2-4 days. Please also be advised this can change: based on if we get a large influx of orders or if (due to world conditions) shipping carriers have delays. Expedited or priority shipping does not speed up the processing time, only the shipping time.

If my order is delayed in shipping what do I do?

We are so so sorry if this has happened to you. Unfortunately, with the world conditions things get more and more tricky. If your order is delayed we can request a missing mail search, however sometimes it just requires waiting. If it has been a few weeks though, we will pack up another order for you and mail it out. 

What if I want to return my item?

To return your order, or just an item, simply send us an email at hello@gingersfiveanddime.com and we will let you know where to send it. We will refund your amount minus the original cost of shipping if shipping was free. If the product is as described and not damaged, we do not provide a return label. If you wish to process a return, it must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. We appreciate your understanding in this regard! 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

OH NO! We hate that! Just email us pictures at hello@gingersfiveanddime.com and let us know. We will be happy to take care of it for you!

I am a full time servant, can I get a discount?

We appreciate how hard you work in your service to Jehovah! As fellow full time servants, we know how hard it can be to make ends meet. That's why we keep our prices as low as we possibly can for ALL our brothers and sisters. Whether they are able to enjoy full time service, or have the pioneer spirit, we are proud to offer you gifts at the lowest price point we possibly can (trust me, its a long discussion if we even consider raising the prices by a few cents-it takes months, seriously months).

Can I customize an item?

Great question! We used to customize A LOT of items. However, due to our busy spiritual schedule, we aren't able to customize items right now other than what is already customizable on our site. However if you have an idea for something you think many people would like to have made available, please feel free to contact us and let us know what it is. You never know we just just make it!
